Undergraduate/Graduate Marketing Intern
We are seeking a creative and collaborative Marketing Intern to join our team at The Social Enrichment Center. The Social Enrichment Center is a private mental health practice specializing in social and behavioral therapy, supporting individuals, families, schools and community organizations. Our objective is to build children and adolescents’ self-confidence and social skills.
The Marketing Intern is responsible for creating and distributing marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, fliers, and newsletters, as well as participating in community outreach and company representation at marketing events. This includes but is not limited to advertisements related to individual and group therapy services, ancillary services, company events, internships, and hiring.
The Marketing Intern must demonstrate timeliness, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work with an interdisciplinary team. This position is highly collaborative and will be overseen and supported by the Marketing Coordinator.
Please note that at this time we are unable to provide financial compensation for this role.
Responsibilities
Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Design and upload fliers and advertisements to social media utilizing the pre-existing brand assets
Introduce original marketing campaign ideas in adherence to the brand identity
Implement a monthly newsletter to advertise services and events to families
Schedule and coordinate community events, such as family outings
Editing and updating the company website as needed
Local travel and company representation at marketing events
Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on additional marketing projects
Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with state and federal laws
Skills
Basic knowledge of marketing, advertising, sales, and consumer psychology
Experience with graphic design and digital marketing
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to meet deadlines and produce work in a timely manner
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)
Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team and advocate in times of need
Familiarity with SquareSpace, Handshake a plus
Schedule
Part-time (5-10 hours per week)
Minimum of three hours per week in-person (Monday-Saturday)
Minimum of three hours per week live virtual conferencing (Monday-Friday)
Open to providing additional hours upon request

Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions for individuals with a range of needs, including those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), sensory processing challenges, and other developmental or physical disabilities
The therapist must demonstrate expertise in sensory processing and regulation, sensory modulation challenges, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support clients’ participation, self-regulation, and functional independence across environments, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
In addition to seeking a professional who can help individuals with gross or fine motor development, we are looking for an OT who has strong experience assisting individuals to regulate their sensory input and response.
We expect this professional to have prior experience in sensory clinics, autism-focused practices, or schools.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of sensory processing and sensory modulation needs, including over- or under- responsivity to sensory stimuli.
Develop and implement individualized sensory diets and environmental modifications
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team to support sensory regulation across settings.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance clients’ functional abilities in daily living activities, sensory integration, and motor planning.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on site, including speech therapists and case managers, to provide holistic care.
Establish treatment plans, monitor client progress and adjust documentation as necessary.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with medical and behavioral health standards.
Stay updated on advancements in occupational therapy practices and medical terminology.
Skills:
Expertise with sensory integration and processing for clients’ regulatory needs.
Experience with the zones of regulation.
Strong case management skills to coordinate comprehensive client care.
Knowledge of pediatrics for working with younger clients.
Excellent client care skills with a focus on empathy and support.

Speech-Language Pathologist
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech and Language Pathologist to join our growing private practice. We are looking for a therapist to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents with a range of needs, including but not limited to those diagnosed with gestalt language processing, speech-sound, language, fluency, and social communication disorders.
The therapist must demonstrate expertise in supporting clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, educating and consulting with families, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support clients’ participation, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
We expect this professional to have prior experience in sensory clinics, autism-focused practices or schools, and to have worked closely with families or caregivers.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, or consultative therapy services.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with practice policy.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the team to support language and communication needs across settings.
Participate in team meetings.
Collaborate with on-site healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, professional counselors, and social workers, to provide holistic care.
Monitor client progress and adjust documentation as necessary.
Stay updated on advancements in speech and language practices and medical terminology.
Skills
Proven experience working with pediatric populations and early intervention programs.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams including professional counselors & social workers on site.
Confidence working with children and their caretakers.
An understanding of speech and language disorders as they related to autism spectrum disorder.
