Preschool-Aged and Toddler Groups (2-6):

Elementary and Middle School-Aged Groups (6-13):

Teen Groups (13+):

Areas of Focus: Importance of forming and maintaining friendships, stress, anxiety management, navigating social media, and conflict resolution!

Young Adult Group (18+):

Areas of Focus: Designed to facilitate the transition from high school to college/the workforce, adult life-skills, time management, decision-making, and goal-setting!
