Brittney McGinn, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Brittney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 15 years of experience dedicated to supporting the emotional and behavioral well-being of children and adolescents. Her professional journey began after earning her B.A. in Communicative Disorders from West Chester University in 2011. Shortly after, she began working as a Therapeutic Support Staff, providing direct, in-home and in-school behavioral health support to children and their families.

Driven by a passion for helping others thrive, Brittney went on to earn her Master of Social Work in 2016. Since then, she has served extensively as a school social worker, supporting students from Kindergarten through age 21. In this role, she has provided individual therapy, crisis prevention and intervention, social skills group facilitation, and comprehensive case management. Brittney is highly experienced in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support students with a wide range of complex social, emotional, and behavioral needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, mood disorders, language disorders, and anxiety disorders.

Brittney’s warm, strengths-based approach is grounded in her deep commitment to helping young people and their families build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and thrive in all settings.
