Jill Cetrulo, M.A., BCBA, LBS

Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Specialist

Jill is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania who is passionate about helping children with developmental disabilities build meaningful skills to help them thrive in everyday life. She specializes in supporting the development of social, play, communication, and adaptive skills that promote greater independence and connection.

Jill earned her B.S. in Psychology and minor in Counseling at Villanova University in 2022. Her undergraduate internship at the Social Enrichment Center is where she first discovered her passion for supporting kids with behavioral health needs, making her return to the center in this role especially meaningful. Jill went on to work as a Behavioral Health Technician while accruing 2000 hours of supervised fieldwork and earning her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis Practice from Florida Institute of Technology in 2025.

With 5 years of direct care experience, Jill has extensive understanding of behavioral functions and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She is dedicated to reducing interfering behaviors while building foundational skills that help children succeed across settings. Jill has a special interest in supporting nonverbal early learners in developing functional communication systems that allow them to access their wants and needs in safe and effective ways. She has experience implementing a variety of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, including PECS, communication boards, and speech-generating devices. Jill has primarily worked with children ages 2–6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder in both individual and small group settings.

Jill uses an assent-based, trauma-assumed approach to build a trusting connection with each child and ensure therapy is both compassionate and respectful. She partners with families to conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized, evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. Jill values caregivers as the true experts on their child and works collaboratively to target skills that are meaningful to the whole family.

In sessions, Jill strives to create a joyful, engaging learning environment built around each child’s interests and motivations. Through a mix of structured teaching and child-led play, Jill helps children develop communication skills, school readiness, and greater independence with self-care, supporting success across home, school, and community settings.
